Alpha Omega appoints Rajiv Gidadhubli Chief AI Transformation Officer

Former CTO of Macro Solutions to lead ongoing development and tactical deployment of AI

Gidadhubli joined Alpha Omega through the acquisition of Macro Solutions earlier this year. 

As CAITO, Rajiv will lead Alpha Omega’s enterprise-wide AI strategy to help government agencies adopt secure, ethical, and impactful AI technologies. With a background in computer engineering and decades of experience aligning technology with business outcomes, Rajiv brings a deep understanding of both technical execution and customer success. “My ongoing mission is to keep pace with the evolution of AI in the marketplace, to explore the various types—generative, deterministic, and agentic AI—and to apply them to meet demand for cost savings, efficiency, modernization, and automation for Alpha Omega’s customers,” said Rajiv. 

In this role, Gidadhubli is responsible for driving AI innovation, supporting federal AI modernization efforts, and running the DELTA AI code modernization client services and the AI business unit reporting to COO, Eric Laychock.

Prior to his role as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of Macro Solutions, Rajiv served as Vice President of Consulting, Advantage ERP Product Engineering at CGI where he ran a global cross-functional team of over 500 team members responsible for continuous product delivery and modernization of products through human-centered design-driven UI/UX improvements, SaaS enablement & DevOps/containerization. Earlier work as Senior Principal, Development Manager & Architect eVA (eProcurement) for American Management Systems prepared him for enterprise technology leadership developing the first scalable, multi-jurisdictional, web-based marketplace allowing state and local governments to cooperatively leverage their buying power, without significant IT infrastructure investments. 

Gidadhubli has a Master of Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Education Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Program.

Alpha Omega appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 5

The appraisal was performed by Software Quality Center LLC. 

CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance, and aligning operations to business goals. 

The highest level, an appraisal at Maturity Level (ML) 5, indicates that the organization is performing at an “optimizing” level. At this level, an organization continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives and performance needs. The organization uses a quantitative approach, monitoring and analyzing statistical performance data to understand the variation inherent in the process and the causes of process outcomes. 

Achieving CMMI ML5, an elite distinction and difficult to accomplish, reflects Alpha Omega’s deep commitment to process excellence, innovation, and the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions at scale. Former KPMG Managing Director will lead Alpha Omega’s strategic operations as it doubles in size

With over 15 years of federal experience, Laychock is well known for introducing new technologies and capabilities and scaling them across teams and organizations. In his almost 13 years at KPMG, most recently as a Managing Director, he played a crucial role in helping grow its overall federal business to $500+ million and held key positions including leadership within the Federal Healthcare practice and oversight of the Federal Workday portfolio. 

Laychock’s arrival comes at a strategically significant time, coinciding with Alpha Omega’s January 2025 acquisitions of Macro Solutions LLC and SeKON LLC. In his new role, Laychock will manage profit and loss (P&L) across all Business Units and Customer Success functions, aligning teams for stronger integration, elevated service delivery, people-centric focus, and sustained growth and scalability. Laychock brings a wealth of experience in managing P&L across complex portfolios, consistently driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His strategic oversight and financial discipline have enabled the ability to scale, while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Alpha Omega Acquires Macro Solutions, LLC and SeKON, LLC

Alpha Omega, a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the federal government, announced today the acquisitions of two IT contracting firms, Macro Solutions, LLC, and SeKON, LLC (formerly SeKON Enterprise, Inc.). These strategic acquisitions further advance Alpha Omega’s mission to ensure our nation’s continued global leadership.
