NASA SEWP VI

NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup,” is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides Federal agencies and their approved contractors access to Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. SEWP VI includes three scope categories: Category A – ITC/AV Solutions; Category B – Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions; and Category C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions.

Alpha Omega Integration holds a Category B contract for enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions that are within the scope of Contract No. 80TECH26D0122 and available in the SEWP database of record. Customers may request a NASA SEWP scope review by sending a requirement overview and/or bill of materials to help@sewp.nasa.gov.

Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the order level, as appropriate under FAR 16.505(b), including use of the SEWP online RFQ tools. The issuing procurement office must maintain its order-selection documentation.

• Alpha Omega Integration will not market, quote, or offer for sale IT solutions that are not listed under its SEWP VI contract and available in SEWP.
• For an RFI issued for market research, items not yet listed may be included only when clearly identified as not yet available and handled in accordance with the contract and current Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).

For an RFQ or Market Research Request, Alpha Omega will respond only with items or services available on its contract, and quoted prices will not exceed applicable prices in the SEWP database of record at the time of quote.

If we cannot fully respond to a formal RFQ with available contract items, the NASA SEWP system will submit a No Bid unless the RFQ expressly permits partial quotes. Each quote will state its validity period. Responses submitted through the NASA SEWP online quoting system will follow the current CHUM. Government information posted on the NASA SEWP Contract Holder Page will be used only for authorized SEWP proposal purposes in accordance with the contract.

Eligible customers should use the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool, the recommended method for supporting fair opportunity and order documentation. Customers may also contact Alpha Omega SEWP sales team for assistance with requirements within the scope of the contract.

Alpha Omega will provide the installation, warranty, technical support, software support, maintenance, and other post-delivery services stated in the applicable quote and order. Product-specific manufacturer or publisher terms may also apply. Installation, basic warranty, extended warranty, technical support, software support, returns, and other post-delivery issues are defined on a Task Order basis.

Warranty

Warranty terms, including basic and extended warranty coverage where applicable, are established on a Task Order-by-Task Order basis.
