A proven finance leader with nearly two decades of experience, David has guided complex federal services companies through pivotal growth moments spanning federal contracting, defense, M&A, and multiple private equity–backed growth cycles. He has worked closely with private equity sponsors, venture and growth investors, and banking partners to structure capital, strengthen financial governance, and accelerate value creation, serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs and leadership teams navigating scale, integration, and long-term mission impact. Most recently, David served as Managing Director/CFO Advisory at Maximus Partners and CFO at Valkyrie Enterprises and McKean Defense Group.
