A decorated GovCon leader, Damon Griggs joins the board with more than two decades of experience successfully leading and growing technology services companies.

Damon most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Dovel Technologies, leading the company through a period of exceptional growth and success until their acquisition by Guidehouse in October 2021. During his tenure at Dovel, Damon was named an Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 Mid-Atlantic Award winner. He was also a finalist for the Greater Washington GovCon Executive of the Year 2021 for companies over $300M.

As an executive leader, Damon prides himself on building high-performing, growth-oriented teams while fostering an entrepreneurial, innovative, and customer-focused culture. Under Griggs’ leadership, Dovel more than doubled in employee size and delivered exceptional revenue growth, while also developing innovative technologies to better serve customers and support employees.

Prior to Dovel, Damon held leadership positions with several technology services providers including President and COO of InScope International, Inc., Senior Vice President at Alion Science and Technology, and Managing Principal at Washington Consulting, Inc. Damon started his career at Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting practice.

Damon received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
