Michelle Traxel
Vice President of Customer Success and Delivery Michelle Traxel is an experienced delivery executive with more than twenty-five years of government and commercial consulting knowledge.
Michelle has advanced through multiple executive team roles accountable for Portfolio/Programs/Project Management Operations (PMO) as well as Quality Management & Operations for technology government consulting firms. Including leading the vision and execution of launching a CSO (Customer Success Office), fulfilling mandate to strengthen brand reputation and optimizing customer experience. Michelle has an excellent track record and proven results in program, project, strategic planning, risk, financial, and customer management to drive high customer satisfaction, KPI adherence, and driving process improvement initiatives across all divisions of the company, providing leadership in the development and implementation of world-class quality policies, procedures, methodologies, and tools while ensuring consistency. At Alpha Omega, Michelle provides leadership from strategic account planning through execution to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery and execution. She is responsible for shaping and leading the delivery excellence vision and strategic direction for AOI’s customers.
Michelle received a BS in Marketing Communications from State University of New York. She is Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certified and a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
