Elevating the Federal Customer Experience at every level of the organization

September 9, 2025

Mike Deutsch, Chief Growth Officer, and Sudha Vijay Venkateswaran, Vice President, named to the Orange Slices AI 2026 Engage Federal Citizen Services 150 List

Alpha Omega’s mission to support the United States’s continued global leadership demands commitment from every employee. We are proud to announce that two of our team members have been named to the 2026 Orange Slices AI’s Engage Federal Citizen Services List, which recognizes leaders across government and industry who are making a demonstrated impact with strategic processes, collaboration, and meaningful results for the federal community.

Chief Growth Officer Mike Deutsch shared Alpha Omega’s strategy for 2026 that combines Subject Matter Experts, leading-edge capabilities, and powerful accelerators – Alpha Omega Intellectual Property (IP) – to create impactful solutions. For Alpha Omega to continue delivering value and impact to federal customers, AI-driven solutions must address agency pain points responsibly, with speed and efficiency. Not only has Alpha Omega invested in AI automation that saves customers time and money today, but it also delivers exponential value and cost savings over time. “As providers of services and solutions to the federal government, we’re in an unbelievable inflection point from a technology perspective. In a few short years, AI has become ubiquitous in our daily lives and in how we operate as people. Many businesses – including Alpha Omega – have needed to pivot to respond to the new administration’s demands, but we had a bias for action.”

Mike acknowledges that AI is growing astronomically. Alpha Omega has strategically hired and cultivated exceptionally talented and gifted people while also developing a suite of AI-automation platforms that can exponentially increase human effectiveness. “Developing the Alpha Omega Modernization Suite (AOMS) equips us with a first mover advantage because we’ve now got a fleet of technologies that address a lot of common needs across these agencies, and they’re market-ready, and very accessible.”

One of the areas where Alpha Omega can leverage AOMS for impact is addressing agencies’ troubled IT projects, from modernizing legacy code or automating cybersecurity protocols to developing software that addresses departmental needs. Our mission is to drive speed and efficiency at every part of the process, from purchase to application, so that agencies can empower their workforce and citizens.

Alpha Omega Vice President Sudha Venkateswaran reflected on the challenges of supporting national security efforts and emphasized the importance of utilizing every tool in her toolbox to assist customers such as USCIS, ICE, TSA, and the U.S. Coast Guard. “We must support the mission, the federal workforce, and the warfighter. Alpha Omega’s role as technology subject matter experts is a collaborative partnership that works with officials and mission leaders to achieve the public service agenda faster, better, and more cost-effectively.”

Sudha points to real-world examples where federal workers need to be able to deliver services in challenging environments. Officers with Customs and Border Protection must conduct investigations and collect information in limited cellular bandwidth environments. “…Our solutions are making service innovative, leveraging the latest technologies and giving it in the form of a product, that is simultaneously easy to acquire and procure.” Sudha’s focus on innovative solutions involves leveraging automation to remove mundane tasks from human workloads. Augmented intelligence and AI agents become force multipliers for federal departments, aligning with user experience needs and administrative mandates.

Alpha Omega solutions in 2025 and beyond are on the edge, in spaces that need information and security at users’ fingertips. “Our new enablers and accelerators deliver products directly, easily, and faster, adapting to the needs of our federal customers. While the government is leaner, the mission remains unchanged. If anything, it’s only more exigent.”

Congratulations again to Mike and Sudha for their ongoing commitment to service to the federal government and the citizens of our nation.
