On June 4, 2025, the iconic NOAA Sustainable Seafood Celebration returns to the Department of Commerce Courtyard in Washington, DC—marking an incredible 50 years of honoring America’s sustainable seafood and the vibrant communities behind it. Formerly known as the NOAA Fish Fry, this sold-out milestone event brings together acclaimed chefs and seafood vendors from across the country to serve up delicious, responsibly sourced dishes in celebration of our nation’s commercial fisheries and ocean stewardship.
